The Elite Development Academy is more than just a baseball program. We are coaches, community-based organizations, advocates, academics, and educators committed to using the power of sports to put in to action programs that address barriers and uplift youth.

A Program that Empowers

Our program aims to pave the way to JUCO to D1 baseball scholarships  by providing opportunities, resources, and mentorship to players that are oftentimes overlooked or quit baseball due to financial or life barriers.  Through our comprehensive program that includes access to former MLB leadership, players, and experts supported by holistic wraparound services, we not only develop baseball skills but also foster essential life skills such as teamwork, resilience, and leadership. We aim to inspire well-rounded individuals who can thrive on and off the field. The EDA is not another travel team it's a mentorship program that meets the athlete where they are.
