Our inaugural Elite Development Combine Event will occur at the New Orleans MLB Youth Academy at Wesley Barrow Stadium in New Orleans' Pontchartrain Park.

 

In a groundbreaking effort to promote inclusivity and provide opportunities for underserved athletes in the NOLA area, the invite-only unique gathering will bring together talented players from underprivileged backgrounds, providing them a platform to showcase their skills and gain exposure to college and professional scouts.

 

The combine will serve as a catalyst for positive change, breaking down barriers and opening doors for aspiring baseball players who may have previously been overlooked. With state-of-the-art facilities, experienced coaches, and mentors from the baseball community, this event aims to empower and inspire a new generation of baseball players in New Orleans, fostering a vibrant and diverse baseball culture for years to come.

Participants will receive complimentary event swag and equipment, lunch, and snacks. To address equity barriers, all athletes will receive a PrepStar profile with footage and statistics from the event. PrepStar, experts in college recruiting, have helped  +75,000 student-athletes receive more than $2.5 Billion in athletic scholarships and financial aid opportunities to offset the financial burden of achieving a college education.

Select participants showing expectational drive and enthusiasm will receive a scholarship to participate in the Elite Development Academy.
