How did you find out about the eda?
I was introduced to EDA through Coach D Brown in Northern California. I've been playing for Coach D Brown for three years.
WHAT DOES THE EDA OPPORTUNITY MEAN TO YOU?
This scholarship means a lot to me because it brings opportunities that will help me reach my goal of playing baseball at the highest level. It will give me opportunities that may not have been available to me otherwise. I will continue to work very hard in order to take full advantage of this opportunity.
Share a little bit about your background...
I was born and raised in Vallejo, CA. I started playing baseball at the age of 4. While going to a new school to better my education, I had to work very hard to earn a place and prove myself. In the process, I learned that results come with consistent hard work, and nobody can take that from me.
tell us one fun fact about yourself...
I also play football for my high school and coach youth flag football in my free time.
What career would you like to do?
I want to enter the trades and use my creative skills when I'm done playing baseball.
